The influence of the center-peripheral processes on the development of the regions of Belarus is considered. Center-peripheral processes objectively contribute to regionalization and fragmentation of the country's territory, lead
to the growth of interregional disproportions, turn the country into a multi-problem space of socio-economic, demographic
and environmental development. The most important tool for ensuring sustainable and inclusive development of all regions of Belarus in the existing
conditions - development and implementation of the Spatial Development Strategy aimed at enhancing regional policy, overcoming
regional imbalances and increased competitiveness of the country's regions.
