The publication presents documents of party and Komsomol underground organizations operating on the territory of the Karelian-Finnish SSR during the Great Patriotic War. The documents of the National Archives of the Republic of Karelia reveal the heroic pages of the military past, little known to a wide range of researchers. The publication is complemented by reference materials and annotations prepared on the basis of documents from underground district committees. Many documents are published for the first time.
