The book “Bulat Sultanov: Diplomat. Scientist. Director” is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, diplomat, famous scientist-historian, international affairs specialist, political scientist, doctor of historical sciences, professor Bulat Klychbaevich Sultanov. From 2005 to 2014 B.K. Sultanov headed the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
