The monograph explores problematic issues related to the consideration in administrative courts of cases where the party is the bodies and officials of the National Police of Ukraine. The categories of these cases have been identified and ways to address the problematic issues arising from their consideration have been identified, scientifically substantiated proposals have been developed and submitted to improve the legal regulation of relations arising in connection with the consideration of this category of cases by administrative courts.
