The monograph generalizes the materials of exploration of summer bird population in tundra zone of Western Siberia plain. It includes information about 219 bird species, of which 105 are nesting species. The phenology of migration and breeding of birds is presented. Materials on the abundance and distribution of birds by habitat and their groups, as well as the dynamics of these indicators during the summer are given. Changes in the abundance of birds depending on the lemming population cycle are characterized. Data on the cadastral number of birds in the nesting and post-breeding periods are presented. An arealological analysis of bird species in the tundra zone was carried out.
