The present textbook is dedicated to the modern Biopolicy which is a complex of social and political parts of the sciences about the living organisms (etology, ecology, neurophysiology, genetics etc.). Special attention is paid to philosophical bases of Biopolicy, evolution of human being and society with its political system, evolutionary and conservative tendencies in human social behavior, the influence of physiological factors on political activity, as well as to the practical applications of biology in political aspect.
