The collection includes the works of the participants of the First International Conference “Bibliolatry and private collections” held on March 31, 2011 in the Russian State Library - experienced book lovers, members of the non-profit partnership “National Union of bibliophiles”, as well as scientists, librarians, journalists, writers, second-hand booksellers, experts, etc. The collection includes not only the articles of both authors from Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, other regions of Russia and those from Bulgaria, Germany, Israel, USA, Ukraine, France. The book provides detailed descriptions of personal libraries of XIXth -XXth centuries., collections held in the depositories of public archives, famous bibliophiles of the past, contemporary private book collections, etc. A poem of Y.
