The book by the well-known diplomat and scholar A. Stepanov completes a trilogy on the history of Russia's relations with the Swiss Confederation and the Principality of Liechtenstein for several centuries. The final part of this research, which has no analogues in the Russian literature, is devoted to the period of radical changes in the history of Russian-Swiss relations, establishment and development of friendly partnership. The foreword to the book was written by the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov.
