Belarusian masters who know the secrets of Western European schools and arrived in Moscow in the second half of the XVII century after the Russian-Polish war of 1654–1667 introduced a special flavor to the cultural image of the Russian capital. Our masters actively participated in the design of a number of buildings in Moscow, primarily the Moscow Kremlin, the Novodevichy and Donskoy monasteries, the unique Royal Palace in Kolomenskoye, the cathedrals in Nikitniki and Izmailovo.
