The monograph substantiates the concept of a multi-aspect description of the Belarusian metalinguistic continuum based on the systematization of chronological, structural-content and typological characteristics of Belarusian dictionaries of linguistic terms. The history of the incorporation of autonomous and incorporated dictionaries is studied, their mega-, macro-, microstructural parameters, functional features and specifics of metalanguage are determined. A typology of existing terminographic sources is being developed.
