The title is the result of more than fifty years work of the compilers - Zora and Vitaut Kipel' dedicated their lives to collection and preservation of resources relating to Belarusian culture in the broadest sense of this term. The edition is a catalog and bibliographical guide to Belarusian emigre and other publications - including books, serials, catalogs, maps, documents, leaflets and ephemera, graphics (placards, picture post cards etc.). The catalog covers the period since the first half of the XIXth century up to 2003. The guide contains upwards of 5000 titles in various languages - Belarusian, Russian, Ukrainian, English, French, German, etc. The index of names in Belarusian and English is included.
