The focus is on the question of the place and role of representatives of the Belarusian people and the military personnel of the Belarusian Military District in the events around the Far Eastern geopolitical region over the course of four most difficult decades of world history. The book mentions more than 300 compatriots who were directly related to these events. For the first time, some aspects of the topic were considered by the author in the monograph "Military conflicts in the Far East and Belarus: 1921-1941." (2015). The first part of this book, revised and supplemented, returns readers to the military problems of the 1920s and 1930s. The second concerns the period 1941-1960. in the context of the Chinese vector of the foreign policy of the Soviet Union and its translation into the history of Belarus in the 20th century.
