The Duke of Baljinnyam took part in the affairs of the Bogd Khanate of Mongolia during the reign of Olnoo, worked as a scribe in the Ministry of the Interior, and was appointed scribe when Da Lama Tserenchim was appointed Minister of Magic in the Western Frontier.
