In his new prose, Pavel Vilikovsky lets us into the affectionate story of Ivan, a young agent of the advertising agency, until we are surprised to find that he is actually a character from the novel of a literary Slovak writer. Ivan gets out of his creator's hands and begins to live a life of his own. Vilikovsky shows the writer as a common citizen who moves in the world of everyday worries, but at the same time as the author lives in the imagined world, and he is increasingly struggling to distinguish these two worlds. In both, he has to cope with disturbing doubts and bitter knowledge. Pavel Vilikovsky reveals the backdrop of the creative process and puts in front of himself the reader questions about the different positions and forms of reality that we are forgetting to ask to our own detriment.
