The monograph entitled "Ban Milosavljevic - The story of the man who gave Banja Luka its name" by Zoran Pejasinovic was published, now long ago, in 2004, and this year it received a new and updated edition. The first part of the book follows his origin, education, childhood and his participation in the Balkans and the First World War. It also charts his post-war and civilian career. The second part, which is the most extensive, deals with the banning period, when he was the first elder of the Vrba banovina (1929-1934). It was a period known as the "golden age", during which some of the most important institutions of Banjaluka were created and a period of great changes in Banovnina. The third and last part includes his departure from Banja Luka, his return to the post of Minister of Transport, the conflict with the king and the last two decades of his life.
