The edition is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the prominent specialist in Mongolian studies, chief scientific officer of the Department of Uralic-Altaic languages of Institute of Linguistics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Honoured Scientist of the Republic of Kalmykia, the Chevalier of the Order of Friendship, Doctor of Philology, Professor of the Department of Kalmyk and Mongolian languages of the Kalmyk State University G.
