Written by the renowned Russian director, dramatist, theorist of theatre N.N.Evreinov, (1879-1953) the book elucidates the history of the famous Petersburg theatre "False Mirror" and a gallery of portraits starting from its founders Z.V.Kugel' and Z.V.Kholmskaia to its actors, directors, theatre workers of the beginning of the XXth century.
