The authors analyze a range of topical problems of cultural life in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, and the Kaliningrad region. The included materials allow understanding the problems of interethnic and intercultural dialogues, predict the development of multiculturalism under cultural globalization, and reveal factors and mechanisms of intercultural and interstate relations in the regions.
