The monograph examines the philosophical and aesthetic features of the poetry of the outstanding Russian writer A.P. Platonov, connected with current problems of social and cultural life of Russia in the first part of the 20th century, in particular, with the question about anthropology of modern man. The cultural features of the historiosophical concept of Platonov are traced using extensive material of the Russian literature and literary studies of the 1920-1950s. Andrei Platonovich Platonov (1899 –1951) was a Soviet Russian novelist, short story writer, philosopher, playwright, and poet.
