Vyacheslav Sergeevich Belkov (1952–2006) was a critic, prose writer, poet, laureate of the All-Russian literary award "Star of the Fields". The first volume of selected works presents research on the biography and work of the poet Nikolai Mikhailovich Rubtsov.
