The book extensively studies the ethnogenesis, religious-mythological and philosophical worldview in connection with the formation of the Turkic peoples. Thus, the monograph reflects the essence of the philosophy of divinity, its attitude to Shamanism, the teachings of the Magi, Zoroastrianism, Greek cosmology, Christianity and Islam.
In the newly published monograph, Alakbarli separately studied the Safavids, Afshars and Gajars of the medieval Azerbaijani Turkic states. The Azerbaijani scholar explained this by the fact that there was a serious need to shed light on the history of these Azerbaijani Turkic states. In particular, the Azerbaijani Turks can lay the foundation of a new Turkic state by correctly mastering the history of the Gajars.
The Azerbaijani scientist noted that the book analyzes the essence of Western civilization and the issue of alternatives to it, in this sense, the Turkic World-West, Turkic World-Russia relations.
