The CD contains electronic photocopies of the pages with alphabetical indices from the reference-books Address-Calendar, or the general state of the Russian empire on 1847, 1848, 1849, 1851, 1853, 1855, 1856 and 1857. The edition includes lists of ranks of the court staff, of that of the state institutions of civil, military and cultural departments, educational and charity institutions led by empress Maria, and other institutions.
