Album of works by Alexander Rukavishnikov, the third artist in the dynasty of sculptures. In spite of the 30-years creative experience, the master still adheres to experimentation and tries his hand at a varied stylistic spectrum: from hyperrealism in portraits to grotesque complex compositions and archaism. The author takes great inspiration from the ancient Russian icon and the Far East plastic art. Each new work by the artist represents a certain search, a question addressed, first of all, to himself. His works reflect impetuous time flow and, at the same time, its cyclic and vicious character.
