The objectives of the publication “Agitator's Notebook” include promoting state policy, promoting (and there is nothing wrong with this word!) traditional values of the Belarusian people, explaining the requirements of the current moment in terms of preserving and strengthening the independence and sovereignty of the country, as well as summarizing propaganda experience author.
Similar problems faced the magazine with the same name in the summer of 1942, and the author of this book solves them. Therefore, the roll call of names is also a tribute to the history of the country, starting with its most difficult, almost tragic moments.
