The objectives of the publication “Agitator's Notebook” include promoting state policy, promoting (and there is nothing wrong with this word!) traditional values of the Belarusian people, explaining the requirements of the current moment in terms of preserving and strengthening the independence and sovereignty of the country, as well as summarizing propaganda experience author.
