The monograph presents a comprehensive study of the content and mechanism of administrative and legal protection of the rights and legitimate interests of notaries in Ukraine. The author paid considerable attention to the classification of the rights and legal interests of notaries as an object of administrative and legal protection; on the basis of the theory of administrative law, domestic and EU member countries legislation and practical activity of public administration, a new solution to the scholarly task of developing the foundations and administrative tools of administrative-legal protection of the rights and legitimate interests of notaries in Ukraine is provided.
