The monograph examines problematic theoretical and practical aspects of administrative and legal protection from domestic violence in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author's definitions of domestic violence have been developed, a classification of types of domestic violence has been proposed, and recommendations have been presented for employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other subjects of administrative and legal protection from domestic violence when counteracting violent behavior in family and domestic relations. The work presents its own vision of the problems that have developed in law enforcement practice and science, and substantiated proposals and recommendations for their elimination and improvement of the current legislation have been developed and made.
