The monograph presents data from long-term studies concerning the issues of adhesion and aggregation of peripheral venous blood cells in high-latitude residents. It is shown that an increase in the activity of blood cell aggregation during periods of magnetic storms and polar night, with a deficit of thermal sensations and general short-term cooling demonstrate a clear influence of the climatic parameters of northern territories on the state of cell membranes and the intensity of adaptive mechanisms regulating homeostasis.
