The monograph of the leading Mongolian scientist-historian, the academician of Academy of Sciences of Mongolia Shagdaryn Bira "Ikh Mongol Ulsyn tyyh, uzyl surtlyn zarim onzlog asyyldud" was published in 2006. In the book the theoretical analysis of questions of genesis and initial forms of the Mongolian state is given. The translation into Russian and the edition of work of Sh.Bira is explained by escalating interest of scientific community of Russia in rich historical heritage of Mongolia.
