This monograph examines the history of the Dagestan settlement and the community of people formed in it the jamaat. The focus is on the past of Urada and the Uradians from the Early Middle Ages to the beginning of the 20th century.
The study was prepared on the basis of a wide range of written sources concentrated in archives, private and public collections of manuscripts.
