Despite everything, it was in Hungary that they ranked among the modern European nations. The book contains a number of historical realities and facts from medieval and modern Hungary, which are illustrated by period art paintings and historical engravings. The vivid picture of the sequence of events from the first Arpads to 1918 will interest all history lovers. Currently, the public knows little about our common Hungarian past. The aim of this book is to change that.
