A new book by literary critic Yauhen Haradnitski was published at the Zvyazda Publishing House - "Renaissance Man, Forerunner of Postmodernism: Uladzimir Karatkevich's Art World".
The circulation of the publication, which can rightly be considered a new "biography" of the classic of Belarusian literature, is 350 copies. As for a literary, historical-literary, literary-critical book, it is quite a good circulation today. I would like the publication to be noticed by readers, fans of U. Karatkevich's works, as well as specialists - researchers of the life and work of the author of "Ears under your sickle" and other ingenious works.
In many respects, the character of the new short book is determined by the following words from the foreword by J. Haradnitski: “The integrity of the author's personality determines the integrity and unity of his artistic world. For all the extensive creative interests of Karatkevich, the diversity of directions of his creative development, his literary heritage retains the ideological and thematic, figurative, structural unity.
