Moscow Bienalle of Contemporary Art is considered to be an important part in a cultural policy of Russia. It presents the initiative of artists, curators and art critics interested in a free arts development, which is supported on a state level. Bienalle-2007 gathered together the world-famous people of art, as well as discovered new names. It aims at creating a dialogue between the modern art and the society being a positive example of cooperation between the state and artistic associations worldwide. Issue 2 of Moscow Bienalle of Contemporary Art presents the works displayed at the exhibition.
