On the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the Great Patriotic war the publishing house “Veche” reprints under one cover the works by a great soviet commander, colonel general L.M.Sandalov “In Moscow direction” and “The first war days”. The first book casts light on the period from the middle of the 1930-s to the end of the Kursk battle. It is the memoirs by a direct participant of these tragic events happened in June-July 1941.
