The collection is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the formation of the construction and operational complex of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus 1918–2018. The chronicle of the life of the construction and operational organizations of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus began to be created almost a century ago, when on November 28, 1918, by order of the Revolutionary Military Council of the Republic No. 297, a construction department was formed in the staff of the engineering and construction part of the Minsk Military District. A few days later, when the economic committee of the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army was created, it also identified a structural unit responsible for the organization of housing allowances.
