Dănilă Aurelian - art critic, screenwriter, journalist, diplomat. Born in 1948, January 19. He graduated from the Faculty of Interpreters of the Institute of Arts of Chisinau and the Higher Party School from Leningrad (Faculty of Journalism). He was editor-in-chief of the State Committee for RSSM television. Since 1968 he has held several diplomatic functions, being ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to Austria, Germany, Sweden and Denmark. At the beginning of the 1980s he was director of the Opera and Ballet Theater in Chisinau. Collaborates with the studio "Telefilm-Chisinau". Has scientific work in the field of arts. He was the first deputy minister of the foreign minister of the Republic of Moldova, president of the Theater People's Union.
In 2003 he was elected chairman of the Board of Directors of the Delphi International Committee.
During 2005-2009 he was president of the Union of theaters in the Republic of Moldova.
He is a member of the Writers' Union, the Journalists, the theater people, a doctor of arts.
