Prior to this position, she was Head of the Department of English, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Dean of the Board of Graduate Studies, and Founding Dean of the School of Graduate Studies and Research at the University of Cape Coast. She is currently a member of the Ghana Academy of Arts and Sciences and Ghana’s Minister for Education. Prof. Opoku-Agyemang is widely published in respected scholarly journals.
