As of September 25, 2024, the provisions of the Polish Whistleblower Protection Act regarding internal reporting and public disclosure, as well as related criminal provisions, must be applied. All accounting offices - regardless of the number of people performing work - are required to prepare and implement systems for receiving reports, conducting follow-up activities and launching appropriate internal reporting channels.
