With the blessing of Bishop Ignatius of Polotsk and Glubokoe, the Minsk publishing house "Four Quarters" published the book "What God sends, I will endure ...", dedicated to the life and deed of Hieromartyr Konstantin Zhdanov, Presbyter Sharkovshchinsky, who became the first clergyman on Belarusian soil to die a martyr's death at the hands of local communists in the early twentieth century.
The life of Father Konstantin took place during the postuniate period of the history of the Russian Orthodox Church in the Belarusian lands, during the First World War and the October Revolution of 1917. She is for each of us an example of love and fidelity to God, courage and strength of spirit. The prepared edition is based on both already known and newly discovered facts.
