The book was prepared at the historical faculty of Kharkiv National University. It contains more than 200 documents arranged in the chronological order. The presented material helps to reveal the evolution of regime of the so-called 'national democracy' in the countries of Central and South-Eastern Europe; to restore the course of the Livatskii overturn of 1947-1948 organized by I.Stalin with the help of Information Bureau of Communist and Labour parties. Special attention is paid to the Radiansko-Jugoslavian conflict of 1948-1949 and to the establishing of Stalin totalitarian regime in Albania, Poland, Bulgaria, Rumania and Czechoslovakia at the end of the 1940's - the beginning of the 1950's.
