Autumn of 1920. The Soviet-Polish war is winding down in Volyn... and diphtheria is raging, a deadly disease that primarily affects children. The heroes of the film story, Ukrainians and Poles, are trying to deliver anti-diphtheria serum to villages near the demarcation line. However, it is not easy to do this. The story "Volyn: 1920" is the author's variation of the script "The plague", which received a special award for the best historical-patriotic work of the International "Coronation of Words-2021" competition.
