The author of the book expresses his point of view on the prospects of Russia-Belarus Union. In the course of his global research the author comes to the conclusion that the present-day policy of Russia is neither more nor less than a peculiar substitute for the communist regime. Nevertheless, he does not consider this conclusion to be an incontestable one and gives the reader an opportunity to form his/her own point of view by presenting in his work objective facts and evidences.
