The blockade of Leningrad is an inexhaustible topic for specialists in different fields of science - historians, psychologists, sociologists, demographers, criminologists and physicians. Nevertheless, documentary materials on the topic are considered to be very rare and unique. The offered work comprises documents of the NKVD department in Leningrad, the German Military Secret Service and Security Service, which present the blockade of Leningrad as the most horrible tragedy of World War II.
