This monograph is the first publication on the uranium problem of the geology of Belarus. It is based on the results of many years of searching for uranium deposits on the territory of the republic, as well as the scientific work carried out by the author on this problem. The relevance of the research topic is due to its high practical significance (providing the Belarusian nuclear power plant with its own raw materials). For the first time, the issues of the geological structure and mineral composition of the identified uranium ore occurrences and deposits in the Pripyat trough and the Belarusian crystalline massif are considered in a comprehensive manner. The radiometric and radiogeochemical characteristics of uranium ores, ore-bearing rocks and aquifers are given. Areas promising for uranium and ore-bearing rock horizons have been identified.
