Posthumous publications of the underground Russian writer Vladimir Kazakov (1938-1988) are reviewed in this edition. The book includes the works withdrawn from the previous editions. Meditative prose by V.Kazakov is beyond any stylistic determinations - diary turns into drama, drama in its turn appears to be a comedy and so on. He did not create a piece of literature, the words spontaneously flew though his mind and he just wrote them down. Kazakov was like a spiritualist, a mediator between spiritual and material worlds. His prose does not reflect life, it is life itself.
