The monograph is devoted to the problems of registration of intellectual property in the context of digitalization in the Russian Federation. It characterizes the concept, legal nature and grounds for registration of intellectual property. The features of the use of digital technologies in the registration of intellectual property are revealed (on the example of smart contracts and blockchain technology).
