The book is compiled from the collected reports delivered at the international conference “The Problems of the Language Form” at V.V.Vinogradov Institute of the Russian Language on February 24-26, 2006. The reports deal with the analysis of the language form concept, interpretation of this concept as applied to the literary language, as well as to the uncodified sub-systems (territorial dialects, folk speech, jargons), describe the forms of the norm realization at various levels of the language structure (phonetics, morphology, syntax, vocabulary).
