This book is based on the archival documents of the Holy Trinity Orthodox Seminary in Jordanville (New York). This unique archival centre of the Russian emigration has formed in Jordanville since the beginning of the 1980s. The Russian emigrants of the first and second waves, as well as their descendants, have sent their memories, diaries, letters and other materials to the seminary.
