Collection of articles is prepared on the basis of lectures, read at the third international summer school on juridical anthropology (August 19-24, 2003, St.Petersburg-Pushkin). The school was devoted to protection and utilization of natural resources and to the rights of native people on deer- raising as the basis of their life-support system in contemporary conditions. Learning of rights of native people in wide context of person's rights and legal pluralism, accented attention to the possibility of taking into account customs and traditions of native population impart special significance to summer school.
