The present edition represents the collection of reports delivered on the international scientific conference, devoted to a famous Russian family of Musin-Pushkin and the role of its descendants in the history of Russia. The conference was held in July of 1994 in Rybinsk and was dedicated to the 250th anniversary of the earl A. Musin-Pushkin, the discoverer of "The Song of Igor's Campaign". This publication is the first native multidimensional scientific work on one of the most ancient Russian noble families and the significance of Musin-Pushkin's in the history and culture of Russia.
